It is going in my 80 Camaro, (396) TH350(trans-go shift kit),3000 TCI stall 3.73's, 255-60-15 tires out back, 3" exhaust w/H-pipe and 40 series delta race flows, 2" primary headers( I know its to big of a system for a stock engine, but it looks Bad-Ass). 480 lift 292 duration, ported 64 CC Double Hump heads, Full roller rockers, Holley Street D. Hydraulic Roller Camshaft Small Block Chevy 350, 270 Int. Precision Cam Degree Wheel Kit 11' 113.99. I am looking for driveability and reliability out of this enging. COMP Cams Magnum Hydraulic Roller Camshaft Chevy Small Block 305 & 350 Factory Roller Lift. More than likely a good cam for a common 350 is Comp Cams 268 High Energy, though the 270 Magnum is good too. ![]() I have a 231/239 duration cam in my 350 with 10.3-1 compression, 4 speed and 4.10 gears. The one I was thinking about is #12353920(cam kit) and its recomended for 396-427, 9.5-10.75-1 comp, 3000-3400 cruise rpm, 2200-5700 (6500 atainable with proper valve springs and lifters), 228/238. That really needs 10-1 compression, about 3000 stall speed converter and 3.73 or higher number gears. I was thinking of swaping that for a Isky 270 mega, but was wondering if a GM performance cam be better. ![]() Now it has a Lunati cam that is almost the same specs as the Eddie Torker, just 114 centerline.
